Returns
Regular-priced, non-sale items are eligible for a refund of the product price within 30 business days from the delivery date.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges & Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please email us a photo and description of the issue within 30 days of receipt at contact@purelaye.com for an exchange (subject to approval).
First-time exchanges will be shipped back to you free of charge (domestic shipments only). Any additional exchanges will incur a shipping fee.
Altered items after purchase are not eligible for return. We are not responsible for damages due to normal wear and tear or improper storage.
